The milk really does go a long way IMO. Every time I soak them I find that it makes the meat much more tender and worlds less gamey.

The tenderloins are there for consumption fresh off the knife while removing the back straps

The hell you say.... That's some primal hogwash right there. I can't imagine doing that nasty shat because it appealing. I can see doing it to get your grunt on and let your sack swing but I can't see this being an advisable culinary practice.

Get your grunt on? Let your sack swing?

Are you posting from prison?

Lol. I get it. I poke fun at a caveman eating raw deer meat off if his knife as he guts it in the geen field and no I must be posting from prison

Well just an unusual amount of talk about your junk.

Touché

I was just trying to emphasize my point that eating raw deer meat seemed a little silly/primal/trying to prove something.

Dude! It's great here but I can't believe how fricking busy the relocation and getting settled professionally have turned out to be.

Top that off with a case of the flu, holidays travel, then a New Years diet..... My arse is dragging!

Seems I don't have time for crap any more. I know it will all settle down eventually but it seems every time I see the light at the end of the tunnel, something else comes up.

But like I said, I will get a handle on it all soon.
