its a pick-up/take out place, on the 1st roundabout if you exit 12 at the mall exit and turn right. right across the street from the FDB-famous indian gas station.
"real deal kitchen"...evidently the pit man is/was a competitor on the circuit. we ordered all the meats to try plus some sides.
brisket is chopped (not my favorite) and came across a little too "pot-roasty" to my taste. it's very good, i'll see if i can get it sliced next time. pulled pork is spot on. the chicken is excellent, sausage just OK.
sides are phenomenal...mac & glue, cole slaw, potato salad, BBQ beans and green beans were all well above what you normally get at a BBQ joint.
7/10 recommendation, super convenient and the people are very nice.

Stopped there a week ago. His pulled pork was one of the best I’ve had, enjoyed the chicken and brisket too. Don’t waste your time on the sausage. It wasn’t terrible but not your typical South La sausage
