Nothing is breaded. It’s just cheese. In the review I included a pic that shows the ingredient list.
Yes, the instructions say that you can grill the cheese if you don’t want to fry. The first time I made them I was frying something else, so I used that method.

Birch Benders Waffles and Syrup
Initially I bought just the syrup and didn’t particularly care for it, but somehow I like it with the waffles. This isn’t a combo I’ve been missing by low carb dieting. Pancakes and/or waffles have never tempted me, but I was looking for something sweet and this fit the bill.
The waffles and syrup made a fine addition to a breakfast for dinner, with scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. I will buy more if I can remember where I got them.

BUMP. Just tried the new Blue Diamond Bold Elote Almonds.
The Spicy Dill, Korean BBQ and Wasabi Soy are all hits- the Elote is a HUGE miss for me. Something about the corn taste, the cheese taste, no lime taste- it's just not right.

Sonoma Tomato Basil Pizza Crisps
I bought these at Drug Emporium.
Blech. I just didn’t like these. The tomato basil taste is present, but it’s not good tasting, imo. It needs to be mellower. This is the second Sonoma crisp product I’ve tried, but the first I’ve reviewed. So far 0 out of 2.

Carbonaut Double Chocolate Crunch Granola
Sorry I didn’t take pics of the granola chunks when I still had some.
Here’s the thing. If you’ve ever desperately searched the house for something sweet, and found the stale, hard remains of a pan of forgotten nutty brownies, and in your desperation, scraped them up and found them incredibly perfect and delicious, because chocolate and nuts … then you’ll love these.
As a matter of fact, if I were up to facing Lafayette traffic to go to Drug Emporium, I’d go get some right now.

Oh, thank God, at least one of my serial down voters is reading this stuff, since nobody else is. Thanks, baw!

You have me afraid to respond.
On my word of honor, I am not your serial down voter.
Please say you are not mine.

Speaks right to the heart of a foodie. So eloquently phrased....
Enjoy your upvote.

I always love to see this thread bumped. There are so Many delicious low carb/keto snacks out there, and it almost seems that for every delicious one, there is an equally terrible one.

For information. Reese's makes a sugar free peanut butter cup that is better than any I have found. They can be hard to find, especially since the Reese's marketing team does everything they can to make all of their product packaging look the same. The most reliable place I have found to buy the sugar free Reese's cups (small bite size cup is all I have found) is Walmart. They are worth the trip.

Maple syrup - The wife buys our keto stuff and for me, it just sort'a shows up. Anyhow, we eat chaffles and chaffle waffles.
Here is the Maple Syrup she ordered. I like it, which is good because it seems she ordered three bottles.

MD, the Reese’s pb cups are SO good! A perfect little treat. Three is a serving, which makes it even better. Thanks!

We love them, but the dang things have gotten really hard to find here. And it is too hot to order them on Amazon.
Story of my life.
Glad you like them.

I found them at Walmart today, but I’d found some, maybe at Albertsons, prior. They don’t seem to put them near the regular Reese’s peanut butter cups, which means I had to search.

They have ZERO SUGAR printed in big letters across the bag and that is what I look for. Evidently everyone else looks for them too. IN our store, they have a sugar free section of candy and they aren't there and they aren't with the 9,786,423 other bags of Reese's on the shelf.
That must be one money making candy. Wish they would run the sugar free line an hour or two longer so I could find them.

Today was the first time noticing the Sugar Free section sign at Walmart. It’s hard to remember which stores put keto/low carb stuff in their food category or some sub-genre. Actually, I go to too many stores and can’t keep track of who carries which low carb/keto friendly products.

Louisiana Fish Fry - Keto Classic Fried Chicken seasoned coating.
You can choose to bake, air fry, or deep fry. These are deep fried. I seasoned the raw chicken pieces and dipped in an egg wash, dredged in the coating mix, and fried at 350.
Verdict: Easy to use and tastes good.
