Headed to Dallas in a few weeks for a bachelor party (12 guys). Anyone have any recommendations on places to eat that can handle a little ruckus (not a date night place) and a table of 12? Looking for steak one of the nights but everything else is pretty wide open.

What kind of cost on the steak?

There is a Capital Grill in uptown that has a private room that could easily fit 12. Not too spendy.

I can recommend some other spots but need to know what you want to spend.

If you aren't going to Al biernets, Nick and Sam's, etc, it's not worth it to go to a steakhouse imo.

Bob's on Lemmon might be good for a table of 12 whiskey drinkers but I agree on Nick & Sam's as well. Their lobster Mac and cheese beats a big Ol' glazed carrot.

Bob's is good.

For OP, other options:

Meso Maya or Javier's can accommodate 12 with reservations obviously. Both are upscale Mexican. Javier's is a classic Dallas spot with flashy cars parked out front by the valets.

If you want to bar hop, I'd suggest deep ellum. Since you have 12, go to pecan lodge, walk in the side door off the patio, and head to the express counter. Since you'll be ordering at least 5 pounds, you'll skip the entire line. It's great BBQ. Eat there and bar hop after.

Dinner should be Town Hearth, Nick & Sam's, or Del Frisco Double Eagle. Javier's is a good non-steakhouse option.
