I like just cucumber, tomatoe, S&P, and Hidden Valley Ranch made from the powder mix. Sometimes add Cavenders Greek Seasoning.
Yogurt, feta, and cumin also make a good dressing. Stole that one from Mark Bittman.

I use fratesi's italian dressing. its an oil/vinegar base with a garlicky flavor
