Our team competitors are at maximum capacity again this year, with 38 competitors. These teams are highly competitive yet display great sportsmanship.

Matt Williams of WAFB will emcee this year’s event again & 103.3 Classic Hits will have a live radio remote.

Gates & Judging opens at 4:00pm. We’re expecting our largest crowd of yet with nearly 5,000 people expected and we’ll plan to boil 16,000lbs of crawfish for the community.

Ticket sales via Eventbrite will continue through Friday at 2pm for the community, afterwards, they can be bought at the gate.

Winning Categories are: 1st Place Crawfish King, 2nd Place, 3rd Place. Winners are announced from the stage at 7:00pm, People’s Choice and Best Booth/Team Spirit announced from stage at 7:30pm.

My team won it last year. BASF won today. I was stuck at work all day and couldn't be there. I don't know what Motorboat placed, but the man can boil some seafood. I'll vouche for that.

Almost everyone used Louisiana Bc it was being distributed. Laughed at some of the supplies a few teams had. Gallons of lemon juice, 25# bags of salt, huge McCormick tubs of dry spices, etc...

Louisiana dry seasoning
Louisiana liquid concentrate
Cayenne
Lemons
Worcestershire sauce (use in place of salt)
