Yes. The LSU alum chapter throws a yearly crawfish boil. Check their website for details. There are other places to get crawfish, such as the Boudreaux's in Duluth but they're going to be very expensive.

I have gotten both frozen and live from inland seafood in the past. I honestly don't know if they are open to the public but I would imagine they are. I got them through my dads catering company.

I got 10 pounds of live LOUISIANA crawfish from Nam Dae Mun international farmers market on Lawrenceville highway in Lilburn.

3.99 and i boiled them myself. Came out great.

I was told about a spot on Buford Hwy. called Crawfish Shack that is legit, Louisiana crawfish, but when the wife and i went, they had a line out the door waiting to pay 7.50 a pound, so we didn't try them out yet.

Cajun Meat Company in Marietta picks them up live from Louisiana weekly. You have to place your order at the beginning of the week.

For what fee? Been following this thread because I am moving there in a couple of months.

I also found a website that flys them on southwest to you. You can google it, I forgot the name.

Make the drive to Henri's up in Acworth, GA.

For what its worth, I was never impressed with the quality of the LSU Alumni boil. We went every year with people, just never impressed.
