to get the crawfish and everything out. Im talking about lifting and inserting the strainer as well as stirring. There is just little room for error. Mine is the tall and skinny old school style 80 qt pot. When using friends 100 qt pots its completely mindless

Not a big enough deal to guy buy a pot, but if I were purchasing new I would get the 100

You may want to check your pot size. A 60 qt pot can do a sack with minimal fixings. I don’t see how you are having trouble with an 80 qt pot. Should be plenty of space for a sac and lots of fixings.
