I can't catch white perch. I'll take time off my trout fishing to come whip that arse though.

Which Sonic? When everything is all said and done, I’ll buy you a corndog, which I know you will appreciate. I’ll also recommend a new barber. How long are you going to rock the ‘berry hair-do?

For someone who works so much that they don't have time to boil crawfish, you sure seem to know a lot about boiling crawfish. Crazy.

Thanks. Been doing it for a long, long time. But I got away from boiling them many years ago. I stream them.

You mention corndogs a whole bunch. It's kinda weird.

Until it grows out, but I will not have the NI haircut because:

1. You're scared to compete
2. Even if you did show, I'd beat that arse in a crawfish cooking competition.

You could win (or lose) $1000. That's like a month of work for you.

The thing about food is it’s objective. What tastes great to one person might not taste great to another.
For example: Corndogs.
While I’ll eat a corndog from a local convenience store, it’s just good enough to make a solid turd.
While on the other hand, you and people like you thinks it’s the best thing you’ve ever eaten. It’s right up there with rubber band crawfish.

So you see, a food tasting competition isn’t really something I’d waste my time in.

True, but 99/100 would subjectively like my crawfish over yours.

Again with corndogs???

LSU fans just smell like corndogs, we rarely eat them.

What do you do for fun when you're not busy working?

In a former life, were you a science teacher and disciplinarian at Catholic HS? I knew a Joe Leblanc in that position and I gave him hell as well.

I steam the crawfish. I don’t boil them. I have crawfish ready to eat in 15 minutes. They aren’t watery. They aren’t mush. They aren’t rubber bands. They are perfect.

I've had it done that way, a lot. I kinda like it but they will often end up more dry, e.g., can't suck the heads, than with soaking.
