Ive done plenty crawfish boils, but not crabs.
what's you BAWs boiling times, etc for crabs?
Can they be boiled together? or need to do boil separately?

I suggest separately. I season my water for crabs a good bit more than for crawfish and soak crabs longer than crawfish.

I bring crabs to a rolling boil for a few minutes then soak at least 20 minutes but usually more like 30-45. It's always at the camp so it just depends what else I'm doing.

Lotta the same rules apply. Dont let overcook mainly. Delicious.

My new method to avoid overcooking is pretty solid but I dont do major boils.

I pull my stuff out and then take another pot collander and hoist it in and out of the hot water a bunch of times and release the heat that way. Little excercise benefit too.

Full crabs can soak a long time and still be bland, poor crabs can soak a short time and be very spicy. I tend to season the water, with powder and liquid, more than I do on crawfish
