Cooked a traditional country Ham dinner for Easter, but only had 4 eaters due to social distancing. What to do with all this Ham? After you are done picking and eating sammiches, nothing should be wasted:

1) Ham freezes well. Save it sliced or a chunk for future meals.
2) Save the Ham Bone and fat scraps for Ham Stock & seasoning.
3) I save chunks of Ham in small ziplocks for cooking with also.

I can't get enough water today, man that Ham was good. Happy cooking!!

Potato Soup, among other things like those you’ve listed.

TreeDawg, upload using Imgur app. Once uploaded, copy the URL (I just long press on the photo until “copy link” appears) and paste in the IMG box on here.

That's right, my fav is a big pot of Greens. My wife loves pulling these little packs of Ham out the freezer to cook with.

I am a fool for Ham Stock. I will slow cook a huge pot and save also for future cooking. The best Pot Liquor ever!!!
