corn flour roux... is it possible?

has anyone ever tried this and had any luck?

I never tried it but if thats all you got, try it. If its not good it only cost you a penny. Flour is cheap.

I’ve made it with masa flour before. It ain’t bad

I did a rice flour roux and it turned out fine...a little sticky at times, but lower the heat and it worked.
