What’s the best method on an electric bbq grill?
They were purchased already seasoned, so:

What temp?
How long?
Close lid or open?
When to add sauce?

I'm assuming a decent amount of salt in that seasoning on them, so I'd say 250-275 for 3-3.5 hours and they should be good. If it's an actual grill you can always turn up the heat and the end and flip them over and get a little char/grill on the meat side.
