I did them on the stove with a Lodge, didnt think to do them on the griddle outdoors. NOw that I've made that mess inside, it will go outside next time.

That said the argument for the Lodge is that it holds in a lot more juices, but also the sausage fat.

Had some leftover brisket so I thought QUESADILLAS!

Couple diced sweet onions and container of mushrooms with a few dashes of Worcester. Buttered tortillas added mozzarella, brisket, onions, mushrooms, and sliced avocados. A bit of Taco Bell chipotle sauce. Easy and quick.
