Thanks.

I will be OK with eliminating my suggestion of anything pork, even though that probably eliminates my pig ear tater tot casserole.

Actually I am ok with anything Darla suggests. fish, beef, pork, chicken, rattle snake, coon, possum, etc. I don't like cooking Water moccasin. They taste too strong and seem to have an off taste.

I thought it was just me that didn't like the taste of water moccasin.

I like the suggestion of pork, we just need to narrow it down to whether it will be pork chop, pork loin, pork butt, pork ribs, etc, or just leave it at the generic pork.

Well, this is a fine pickle! I don’t know which cut of pork to choose.

Ribs would not be my first choice because I don’t grill or barbecue or smoke meat. But I guess I could try an indoor method. Which doesn’t mean y’all aren’t free to choose ribs when it’s your turn. Oh heck.

Pork ribs it is. Is that specific enough?

Also, upvotes will not be how votes are counted. After the submission deadline, I’ll start a new thread for votes. Does that seem fair?

Ingredient list and general description of method is fine if entrant prefers. But at least one photo is required.

MD, you should definitely try and make a recreation of the sandwich for us that don't live near Jackson to try and cook at home.
