Cooked some Salmon and Lobster claw last night

Grilled salmon, boiled lobster claw in crawfish seasoning , couscous, carrots cooked in butter garlic sauce and snow peas. It was good

Looks delicious! I must ask what happened to the rest of that lobster?

Try some ginger with the carrots sometime. I love a carrot ginger combo.

That's the meat that was left after peeling the claw and eating the Knuckle meat.

I mean the rest of the whole lobster. Were the claws left over from a boil?
