PSA
Frank Brigsten of Brigsten's Restaurant (NOLA) has written a new cookbook for those interested. It's hefty at 376 pages and 150 recipes, a no brainer for the bookshelf. I've always enjoyed his food and his banter. Apparently there are quite of few of his famous quotes or Frankisms in it. Looking forward to purchasing.

Love Frank Brigsten! Hope the book is a mix of history, technique and recipes. Will buy several as Christmas gifts.
I really enjoy his versions of the standards and his pecan pie recipe made me throw out my mom’s recipe.
