Just left Starbucks. Starbucks coffee sucks a fatty. I don't get it.

If you don't taste the difference, don't go to Starbucks and waste your money. I can tell the difference between espressos at Starbucks made by Krista, Whitney and Aerial. Whitney makes the best.

CC Dark Roast in the AM, black and a tsp of sugar. 3 cups average.

During the day on the road...

Starbucks... Pike Place Roast black and a tsp of sugar Venti

Or in the office...

same as in the morning.

MdT runs on coffee.

Why?

I don't like coconut. I don't want anyone to teach me how to like it.

Coffee was a prized commodity during the Civil War because it makes you poop before going into battle.

Tastes in coffee strength are also determined by geography. Further from port of entry = weaker coffee. Thus, New Orleans likes strong. Denver likes weak.

For experts the key ingredient is Arabica beans. The espresso must be mixed with milk within 10 seconds or it goes bitter. That's why I hate fat barristas. They are slow by nature and screw it up.
