Coffee and Waffle Bar in Alexandria

We had one of these open up this week. Stopped by for an early dinner. Had a pulled pork waffle sandwich with a smoked gouda cheese with a side of syrup dip.
Menu was very simple. Food wasn't too bad but definitely were not prepared for their opening. I originally wanted chicken and waffles ... but they ran out of chicken.
Anyone else have some concept type restaurant in their area?

like 1 isn't enough ... were also getting a new sushi joint in the shopping center by Tractor Supply.

Well i wasnt really impressed with the first one. Maybe the second one will redeem viet food for me.
