I try and eat as healthy as possible, but college makes it somewhat difficult with everyone wanting to eat out and time constraints. Does anyone else use apple cider vinegar to do some quick "flushing out"? I drink it almost every time after eating heavy foods such as Mexcian and Italian and it works serious magic. It's also supposed to be really good for you

Acv everyday if I remember! Love the stuff. I use it in my hair and on my skin as well.

I personally take a shot and chase it... Rarely but occasionally, I will put it mixed with water with a tbsp of raw honey

I read a whole book on the stuff and it has incredible benefits.

I will never do a colon prep like that shite is ever again. I just won't eat for a week and deal with it that way along with rehydrated fruits as noted above. That nasty fricking solution will make you desire a gun and bullets to swallow.

I forgot about acv!

I use to mix a tablespoon in with my juice, once a day.

You have to buy the kind with the mother.

I don't do it to clear out, but rather for the vitamin/nutrient infusion. I blend a bunch of fruits and veggies so that I still get the fiber, even if it is broken down.

Nah, I mix it with water. my dad uses some sort of cranberry pomegranate but I'm just used to chugging it. Also, I'd advise to use a straw because it's bad for your teeth
