I walked my dog on Glenmore a few Sunday mornings. Little old ladies trying to get to church on time do, in fact, speed on that street. Speed humps be damned.
I wish Lucky Louie was on Prime.

Try Family Tree if you like Christopher Guest. The lead is Chris O'Dowd who created Moone Boy.

You might be able to see some or all of the S2 episodes online or the NBC app. I haven't checked. I am still emotional about the season finale.
I am reserving judgment until after the game, but I am looking for other Buckeyes to commiserate with. Who is watching the game where in Baton Rouge?
Mr. Mouth says he saw Patton at the drive in as a youngun. A towering George C. Scott in front of the flag was a sight to behold.
I would go with The Wizard of Oz.
No. Called his own number too many times. If he managed the O better he wouldn't have to do that.
The photos are nice. Can't wait.

I too had a parade ground porter, but after that Ohio State nail biter, I'm dipping into the Pappy 15 to calm my nerves.

Not new Pappy, had it for a few years. This qualifies as a special occasion.
Thanks MD! I've been trying to make pecan pie with less sugar and without Karo because I never use it for anything else and don't keep it on hand. I had good results with agave nectar and molasses, but I didn't write down the recipe.

I like the plum jelly idea, but I might try applesauce instead.
As for homemade crust, I've only made 5 good ones in 25 years following the pie and pastry bible instructions to the letter, so I buy the pillsbury rolls. Pie crust is pie crust, unless it's made with lard.
I don't do it to clear out, but rather for the vitamin/nutrient infusion. I blend a bunch of fruits and veggies so that I still get the fiber, even if it is broken down.

Deadwood.
It ended the way it did because of the history of Deadwood in that time period. The town went from being self-governed to subject to the laws of the Dakota Territory. Plus there was a huge fire that wiped out the town, which would have occurred right after the show's timeline.

I bought it several years ago, but every time I wanted to watch it with Mr. Mouth, he would complain. "D&C? That movie is dumb," and we would end up with Blazing Saddles or Caddyshack. Again. The 70s are his era; I couldn't figure out why he wouldn't like D&C.
He watched it with me a few weeks ago and finally got it.

I went in looking for Oskar Blues. No such luck.
This store was underwhelming, but I'll go occasionally to restock coffee and seasonal produce on special. The regular prices weren't any better than Southside Produce.
Had an oxo for 5 or 6 years now. Still works well.

Please try to build up some savings before or soon after you buy.
You will avoid a lot of stress and heartache if you have some money set aside to cover your a) named storm deductible, b) a new a/c, and/or c) a new roof.
Sure, there is credit available for these purchases/expenses, but do you pay your regular bills with credit? Don't do it with these inevitabilities either.
Don't forget to budget for health insurance. Say you each are covered separately through your employers' plans. If one loses a job, you would have to pay full freight thru cobra until open enrollment to be added to the other's plan.
You might as well be open at night for high school kids to hang out because they will do that anyway. You would definitely need an off-duty police detail.
These are the places I grew up with:
Skyway is known for their onion rings.
Swensons for the Galley Boy burger. It has sugar in the meat to carmelize it. I've tried to duplicate it with cane syrup and that worked pretty well. Would make for a local twist on a ubiquitous food.
I don't know if you create the signature dish or if the customers pick it over time, but that will be what you need to gain the edge over Sonic.
I received several bottles from Oregon Olive Mill as a gift and each has been great. Tuscan, Arbequina, and some citrus infused that, when mixed with citrus vinegar and Mediterranean spices that came in the package, is so good we eat it for breakfast.
My everyday evoo is Lucini.
Southern Tier Pumking. Creamy and spicy-sweet. Like it better than New Belgium pumpkick. Wasatch wasn't bad either. And now I'm done with pumpkin ales for the season. Unless I can find Woodchuck pumpkin cider.
YES! Bird comes behind Unforgiven, but it is up there.
I thought sure someone would have mentioned "in your eyes" in Say Anything by now.

It was pretty busy at 7pm on a Sunday and the food was excellent. Sushi happy hour all day. I think we have finally found a winner for that location.
We had the same dishes we had the last time we went to Koi near campus and everything was better.
Spring roll--fresh, good mix of textures.
Soups, hot & sour, miso--hot & fresh.
Teriyaki salmon--not too saucy, cooked through without the ends being over cooked.
Kung pao tofu--tofu crispy, veggies crispy, heat perfect for me, not too much sauce but it was a little oily.
I spend about $40 per person per week including household and personal care products. I've used amazon prime this year to order paper products and other things if they are cheaper than the store. Cuts down on shopping trips and impulse buys.

They hung menus with coupons on doors around the neighborhood this past week. I'll stick with Reginellis.
I roasted a head of cauliflower on the grill for Thanksgiving last year. Drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette and threw on a few capers and parmesan shavings. Prettier than the turkey!

Hopefully you have a masticating juicer. It is a pain to squeeze each of those little suckers.

Put some cinder blocks or old upside down terra cotta pots in the bottom to create some negative space.
Higher beds are great as you get older so you don't have to stoop over and hurt your back.
The buyer threatened to come over with a gun and shoot the agent. Does that not warrant a police report? Shouldn't he cover his bases?
Shoot, I wouldn't live in Ohio if someone gave me a free house.

In the end it sure sounds like the additional legal expenses and months of litigation associated with chasing the buyer should be considered. You may be better off cutting your losses and finding another buyer.

That's what I am thinking, too, but they already entered into a contract on another house. She breaks horses for fun; he doesn't know who he is messing with.
It is in Ohio, so there will be radon in every basement. That can't be the only reason the buyer is backing out on the deal after the inspection period was up.
He did threaten the life of the agent over the phone.
