So I picked up 3, inch and a quarter, chuck eye steaks for $5 at Winn-Dixie today. They were reduced so I figured they need to be cooked tonight. So do I just cook them like a ribeye with a quick sear and into the oven for a few minutes?

Soak it in water and baking soda for 30 minutes ...... Wash throughly and grill ...... The meat will be fork tender

Yes, that works well. I think Chuck Eye steaks are also called Delmonico steaks and they're one of my favorite cuts.

Cook just like a ribeye. Same flavor and texture, half the price
