Chocolate Sheet Cake ice cream is described as having ‘chocolate sheet cake pieces, chopped pecans and a chocolate icing swirl. It’s based on the iconic dessert also known as a “Texas Sheet Cake.”
I’ll be looking for it this weekend

Having it now. It's pretty good, but nothing special. Doesn't taste much different than regular chocolate to me.

Just tried it, very good.
I make the Texas Monthly recipe for TSC, subbing Vietnamese Cinnamon for the regular. Eating it as an ice cream was a nice change of pace.
Blue Bell, has the cake, the pecans, and the icing glaze down pat.
Also use to love HEB's version of Pecan Pie ice cream, had crust, gelatin, and caramelized pecan in it.
Jonesing for some Bruster's Chocolate Raspberry.
