Boneless or Bone-in?

Regardless, you can marinate the chicken in Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and some spices. I've used a homemade Greek seasoning with a number of things in it but simple salt and pepper would work.

Let it marinate the morning before you grill. I don't typically marinate chicken overnight as it can get a strange texture, especially with acidic marinades.

Yogurt, olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, paprika, red pepper, salt and pepper, the kitchen sink.

What Typo said - don't marinade for 24 hours - maybe 6 tops - you will be good to go

Add fresh mint to that too, and don't use your kitchen sink. That's disgusting.
