Crockpot roast. Taco spaghetti is delicious and super quick. Taco bar. Chicken n dumplings made on Saturday and reheated Sunday (better the next day, anyway).

Chuck roast in the crock pot with celery, taters, and carrots. 1/2 cup of beef broth , with dry onion soup mix. Crank it on high for about 5 hours. You'll thank me later. Roast beef po boys the day after.

Roast in the crockpot is such a good idea. You can make a few of them at once and freeze one for the poboy suggestion on another Sunday.
