Change of Pace in Baton Rouge

We frequent the “usual suspects “ in restaurants in BR. Hoping for some suggestions for good food in a new place. We usually eat from around Towne Center to the Sherwood area. Don’t know restaurants South of LSU in that area or elsewhere. Grateful for any suggestions that will expand our horizons. Thanks in advance.
