I remember they had huge financial troubles. Knew someone who worked there and wasn't paid for a month. They brought in Mark Maggio as GM at some point but that did nothing. Were running huge service industry discounts to draw people there. The concept nationwide was actually suffering.

Martini is just an angry man who's wife doesn't like have to 20% gratuity added to her split checks even though it's on the menu, would rather tip 10%, and keep a server there for hours after their shift.

I'll just say-you don't know my wife nor do you know me so your smart arse remarks are not necessary. Any patient server with me, my wife or children will realize that we are polite, very respectful, appreciative, knowledgable diners as well as generous.
However, I've known Nancy, Justin's wife for 40 years. Would you like for me to type what all of your old colleagues think about you? Might not be the glowing accolades you would hope for.
I suggest you go back to your "whatever the wine distributor is pushing knowledge of wine" and not worry about me or my family.
