The quality of food they use.
I was forced to go there a few weeks ago by a coworker. Ordered a sirloin. The meat was NOT one cut .. it was some kind of blend of beef formed into the shape of a steak. I almost vomited at the table when I bit into it.

I can agree with this. I was forced to eat at an Applebees and got the sirloin. It was a terrible excuse for a steak and reminded me of the cheap meat I bought in college.

I'll jump on board with the Applebee's hatred. A coworker went there a few years ago and ordered a salad. You would think it would be hard to screw up a salad but they found a way. What she thought was going to just be a rather large piece of lettuce turned out to be a latex glove. Her friend found a sticker in his mashed potatoes. The sticker said Wednesday and it was Saturday.
Logan's is my favorite restaurant to hate right now. We went there a few weeks ago for a coworkers birthday. By 5 that afternoon, we were all beginning what would be 2 days of food poisoning hell.
