I've had it from NuNu's and Kirk's U Need a Butcher. Not a fan and I like cauliflower rice in a number of applications.

As an aside, Kirk's has chicken cracklins that are pretty damn good, and their pork skins (not cracklins) are very well seasoned and on point.

Tell me about Kirk’s. Is that the place on simcoe? Does he have good steaks? I always wondered about that place.

On Surrey. I've only been twice and I went first because of the cauliflower boudin (and picked up some pork skins because why not). I returned to try the chicken skin cracklins and get more pork skins. I haven't tried any of their steaks or any other things from the butcher shop. Sorry I can't really help.
