I mean it doesnt sound too bad. Very interesting fusion, it'd be something I'd try in Louisiana, but not out of state.

that's kind of cool. I would like to try it. There nothing wrong with a new spin on something.
Personally, I love gumbo quesadillas. We make them with all the meat from a gumbo. It's delicious.
