Can you wrap in bacon like you would to make duck bombs

I had goose bombs that were the same as duck (wrapped in bacon, stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeno). It tasted like bacon and jalapeno with cream cheese, no idea if the goose was any good

Yeah, only thing is right before you eat it take out the jalapeño cream cheese and bacon, eat it and throw away that nasty goose breast

I have the same thoughts about what I kill. The problem was, no body I was hunting shared this though. We came home with 26 canadas. I breasted them out and froze 10 breasts, jerkied another 20, ground the rest. Made breakfast sausage (cut with pork) and ground goose. Think I'm gonna make snack sticks or summer sausage with the rest. Not my favorite tasting meat but as you said, I don't waste what I kill.
