I've heard of ghost kitchens for services like Door Dash.
For example, Chuckee Cheese was selling pizza under Pasquales for delivery service.
Or, a Mexican restaurant may start selling burgers under another name online. The burgers aren't on the restaurant menu, but I guess it's a way for the restaruant to make a little extra money while not changing the restaurant.
Maybe there's regulations with franchise owners who cannot change the menu but the local owner can make another product and sell it online under a different name. Not really sure the exact appeal other than that.

It's the African American version of ghost kitchens. They don't like ghosts.

Guess I didn’t click enough. Tried to order and it says I’m out of the delivery area. Sounds like frozen food anyway.
Wonder if they’d deliver to a parking lot.
Got me all ready for some soup dumplings…but no place on the coast has them.

In my experience with delivery services, they’ll deliver anywhere that’s reasonable. As long as it’s not somewhere super sketchy or super busy (therefore making it hard to find you), you should be fine.
