Some will and some won't. From my experience last year, most will but most will be under tents that cover the vendor only.

As far as the weather is concerned, according to the current forecast from the weather channel, the rain is supposed to move out of the area early tomorrow morning around 2/3am and reducing to a 10% chance thereafter. But considering the rain last night, today and forecasted rain tonight and into the early morning, the grounds will be muddy as hell. Tomorrow is supposed to be a really nice day absent the mess recent/future rain will create for the grounds.
