Campfire/Dutch Oven cooking

I love a good open fire cook, but I usually just do hamburgers, steaks, or bacon wrapped shrimp. I follow Kent Rollins and love his style. I want to do more of it, especially when I'm primitive camping on the National Forest.
Any comments, recipes or pictures of your setup would great. I'm thinking about getting a Billy Bob setup to make life easier. I also want to do some dutch oven cooking with coals. Things like chili, stews, cobblers, biscuits and such.
ETA - I should add a recipe since I'm asking for recipes.
Sweet Potato Breakfast hash
Using a 14 inch cast iron skillet over hot coals:
Brown 1lb of chorizo
Saute half of a yellow onion
Once the chorizo is browned and the onions are clear add diced sweet potatoes, cover.
When the potatoes are getting close to being tender I crack some eggs right into the mixture.
Let those eggs cook sunny side up until done. Season to taste. I'll add in some green onions too. It is really fantastic and filling.

One of my favorite things to cook is throwing a couple of pork chops, potatoes, butter, and seasoning in a pot and burying it with coals for a few hour. It's taken some practice to do it without burning everything but I've gotten pretty good at it. I ended up buying a small blackstone this year so I don't have any current pics of the process.
Kent Rollins is entertaining as all get out.

I like to do baked potatoes that way. Just wrap them up in foil with a little butter or oil and salt and throw them in the coals.

Ever heard of a hobo dinner? You put meat and veggies along with diced potatoes in a packet of foil that you toss on the coals of the campfire. It’s easy and tasty and fun for kids.
