I'm a sucker for hot sauce and usually rotate about four or five bottles around the kitchen.

I love Cajun Power for pork and seafood, Tiger Sauce as a kick to chicken, and Pickapeppa as a wild card for all things protein.

Are there any others out there I'm missing in my rotation? I tried the Slap at Frankie's yesterday and found it a nice alternative to Crystal or Lousiana, but I couldn't find it at Albertsons today.

I'm kinda curious about the Asian Tabasco. Thoughts?

Didn't have any kitchen bouquet one day so I substitued pickapeppa in my roast. I usually add just a little to darken the pan drippings. It was a great substitution.

What Kosmo said. Nice heat and garlic mix.

You can never go wrong with Pickapeppa and Rooster Sauce.

Pickapeppa and pork are magical together. It's the only deviation to JP Poche's jambalaya recipe that I do.
