Cajun Bayou Blends Seafood Boil - Crowley, La

I have a bag that I bought from HEB. Has anyone used this with any level of success? Recommendations and suggestions welcomed.

Many places in Houston use this. I'm pretty nosy and sneaky when we go have Crawfish somewhere other than my house.

I don't know what, if anything, they add to CBB comparative to what LFF tastes like right out of the bag.
Wouldn't hurt to have some salt and cayenne on standby...always good to add if needed.

Crawfish Shack in Crosby and Big O's in kingwood both boil the Crawfish in LFF powder + Zat's liquid + salt then use CBB to steam in big coolers just like the packet says.
I've observed this with my own eyes....and their Crawfish is pretty good. Although they add way too much salt it's sometimes overbearing.
