Whatever happened to that place? I felt like it burned down and moved somewhere but never lasted. I met a lot of players there as a kid after games. Did the owners ever do anything else?

Before it was Cafe Louisianne, it was Cafe LeGrange, so if you are thinking about the Legrange's. They opened the Bullfish Bar & Kitchen on Nicholson a few years ago by LSU.

Manuel and Camille sold it. Opened Camilles CAJUN Kitchen in Erwinville. Sold that. Had all kinds of drama after the sale and moved on to the old Joe Dreyfus in Livonia. Don’t know if they’re still there or not.

I think Someone tried to reopen Cafe Louisianne on Corporate next to what’s now Hooters, but it didn’t last.

I believe Alan McCarty(used to be on WVLA Channel 33) and his wife used to own it for a few years as well.

I remember one on Corporate but it wasn’t the same.
I have a friend on Facebook who posted a memory from high school the other day and she had one a shirt from their restaurant and I remember us bonding over that back in the day because she didn’t even live here.
