I probably but 95% of the salmon I eat from Sam's, due to my location and access to it. The other 5% comes from Restaurant Depot. They have had very good salon on the past.

Most places will only have farm raised Atlantic salmon. If budget allows, get Pacific salmon (King or Sockeye) from Fresh Market or Whole Foods. It’s like Prime vs Select on steaks.

just use a fish oil supplement
