Full recipe

Boneless chicken breasts with skin
Lots and lots of butter - unsalted and as pure as you can find
A few garlic cloves minced
Two lemons
Salt & Pepper
Flour to coat the chicken

Salt and pepper the chicken then coat in flour. Heat up the butter over medium heat and add the garlic. When the garlic begins to give off that aroma add the chicken skin side down. Let the chicken cook without moving it for 10 minutes and add more butter after the first 5 minutes.

Flip the chicken over and add more butter and put in the over for 10-12 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven and add more butter and cook for 5 more minutes.

Squeeze a half lemon over the chicken and serve with lemon slices.

I used about a stick and a half of butter. Every time I added butter I added about 3-4 tablespoons. Hmm, maybe I used about two sticks of butter.

The drippings in the pan are ridiculously delicious but it's butter (infused with garlic) so beware.

Sort of I guess. The flour is such a thin layer on the chicken.

My bad. 500 grams. I didn't use nearly that much. I was afraid.

I'm going to figure something out and try that. Your version of it looks excellent - like the char on the outside and the grain of the cut meat looks moist.

You should try it with boneless skinless thighs.

Would be great, and wouldn't necessarily require as much butter considering the natural fat content of thighs... but I would use it anyway.
