Busy in the kitchen today

Got up early and made 15 lbs. of pork sausage. Five pounds of hot, five pounds of green onion and 5 pounds of Italian.
Then it was time to cook down some okra to put in the freezer for later use and took about 10 lbs. of it that I've collected from my garden and got busy with it.
Finally, I had lots of habanero, hot Hungarian wax and bell peppers, so I made 6 pints of pepper jelly to be enjoyed by the wife and I and to have for parties we have on occasion.
Been a busy day so far, but a productive one.
Oh, and I cooked 4 lbs. of red beans last Friday, so I didn't have to do that for tonight's meal. All I have to do is fix some rice and a pan of cornbread to go with them.

Yeah, I know. Truth is, I'm kind of lame at this whole computer thing and have never even tried to download pictures to posts and really wouldn't know where to begin.
Next time my stepson comes in from Vegas I'll get him to show me how to do that kind of stuff since all he does is develop programs and work with computers for a living.
I'm pretty sure this old dog may be able to learn a few new tricks before the gray matter turns to jello.
