I have 2 stand-alone Rec-Tec Smokers for home and motor home. I am a Rec-Tec guy through and through. Great smokers with consistent results and hands down the best customer service ever. I’m building an outdoor kitchen at my camp and came across this gem at BBQ Guys in BR. Does anyone have any experience with Twin Eagles? Yes, I know...this thing is super expensive....but I love the versatility of this grill and I love to both smoke stuff low and slow and be able to sear...

Is that stainless steel going to look like crap after a few all day smokes? Just asking.

Have you looked at the new Weber pellet smokers? $1000 bucks.
