I know most of you bourbon guys already know this, but I found it enlightening. I have a friend that always says stuff like "Buffalo Trace has the same mash bill as Pappy 23." -- He completely ignores the barrel aging process to make his point. Well, I finally got around to looking it up and he's wrong on all accounts.
