Jefferson at Arnold Drive right before you get to the Airline overpass.
I'm guessing this is a local chain? Anyone familiar with it?

yes
it's Justin Ferguson (stroubes among others) in a joint venture with LCI
they had a pop up dinner at LCI last week that was fantastic

I agree but there's not a whole lot of options in the area unless you go to the mall or down Jefferson to Drusilla or TowneCenter. Considering the residential density in the area, if he has a good product, he'll do well.
