Went to Brennan's last night. We waited far too long to go for a variety of reasons, but very happy to have made it. Gorgeous restaurant and fantastic service but we thought really shined was the food. Love that they have turned over the menu to Slade and the prices were reasonable for fine dining.

Amuse of smoked wahoo with just a slight whiff of smoke, Smoked tartare, lamb carpaccio, sweetbreads with truffle grits (needed a bit more salt), bbq lobster (sauce on this dish is incredible) ), octopus in a spicy romesco/soffrito hybrid, and roasted oysters. Cheese plate. Great cocktails as well.

Sorry no pics but had a great meal, top to bottom.

Nice review! Sounds like you had primarily small plates? Wish you had some photos of that sweetbread dish.

I haven't been yet, but glad to hear a good review. I've heard mostly average reviews so far. Need to give it a shot soon.

Sounds like a good experience. I've considered giving it another shot.

Had brunch there in November. Some food good, some not so much. Service was terrible.
