Actually, I bought it last week, picked it up today. It was $125, I was able to vacuum freeze 6 meals for a family of 4, plus the meal we had tonight (7 meals). If you can afford it, I highly recommend it. All proceeds go to charity.
He did say today that the cost will go up this week because Texas restaurants opened up this week, snatching up all the beef, so his cost for the briskets went up over $1.50 a pound.
He does 24 briskets a week, so it’s limited.

I got one as well. Made sliders for the wife and kids and plan to do quesadillas and sometime else before I bag and tag the rest. They were incredible and had the entire house smelling like a smokehouse

Jay is a good guy and I wish him all the success in the world. But I’m not a fanboy of his brand. All of his recipes are pushing Jay Ds Mustard Molasses BBQ Sauce or Govt Taco. That’s his biz, so I get it, but I don’t want mustard molasses on everything I cook. He also needs to shave his beard. He looks like an unclean muppet who is trying to sell me a new air filter at Jiffy Lube.
