Not a thread on the best or where to find it. Just curious about what else anyone does with it, other than what's in the title.

Has anyone made an omelet with it, for example?

Tried an omelet once, but it didn't turn out as good as I would've like so I haven't since(or as good as Chimes). I've done a breakfast burrito w/ pepperjack a few times that I've become fairly partial to and it helps put me right back on the couch for a couple of hours after.

Stuffed it in Bell Peppers once and baked for about 40 minutes. It's basically the same stuffing i use for bell pepper anyway. I added some crushed bread crumbs on top and stuck em in the oven.

Was pretty damn good. Imagine cabbage rolls would be too!

I was going to say bell peppers too, but you said other than stuffing. Then I was going to say boudin burgers, but you said other than frying.

I'm not much help.

I stuffed them in wontons and deep fried one drunk arse evening. Not bad.

I also like to form it into a ball with cream cheese and jalepenos in the middle. Then, I wrap it in bacon and throw it on the grill.

I do this, as well, but only after I've marjunated them in eyetalian dressing. After I take them off the grill, I put them in a casserole dish and cover with cream of mushroom soup, topped with velveeta and bake.

(Writing that made me nauseous.)

I'm not big on ketchup mixed with my "cream of" soups. Just doesn't seem to go very well.

Well, I think boudin has limited other uses and we've pretty much covered those that haven't been beaten to death elsewhere. Now, we're just funnin'...

I've stuffed a whole flounder with Best Stop 'douin and baked it. Was pretty damn good, but I never did it again
I guess I just like it "normal"
