I ate it. It was all liver and mush... heavy on black pepper and salt. Nothing to write home about.

I think to get decent boudin in the Houston area, get on I-10, head east, and exit in Louisiana, "Scott/Cankton".

I can vouch for Hebert's boudin. It's very good. I don't go to Hebert's in Maurice without getting some of their boudin.
