Yea. Very solid product. Have used him a few times using the Abita Farmers Market pickup. Highly recommend.

I find it more meaty, less rice than most other boudins. Definitely a great flavor.

Very good product. I've been a regular customer at the Gretna Market since he started.

Its good stuff. He said he worked on the recipe for years, and I think he got it right!
