This is my first time going to this event. I'm looking for suggestions on what to try, what to skip, and Do's and Don'ts.

Looks like a solid lineup of chefs.

Don't eat for 24 hours before it starts.
Uber there and home.
Eat all the awesome food and booze the entire time you are there. You'll be overwhelmed with all the great stuff.
I went last year for the first time and am very much looking forward to this year's event. Hopefully it will be cooler this year (was humid and sweaty at last year's one).

It was the best event I've been to. Plenty of food vendors and booze tables. Just go, eat and be merry

Surprised to see Ed Lee will be attending. He was probably my favorite from the Mind of a Chef series.

My favorite event in the city. The price keeps the crowd manageable, the weather is cool, and the bands are decent. Food and drink are top notch.
There are two tents, one on each side of champions square. Eat your way through one, have a few drinks, then eat your way through the other. Try everything. When your finished eating grab a free cigar at the top of the steps.
