They have a little setup inside Boutin's.

I'd say it's not quite as good.

I noticed that their boudin links are smaller than most which I think is a good thing

Was about to say this....frick in A...i got Nu Nu's seasoning ready to go as we speak...Fried Mushrooms with LA hot sauce n mustard wit Nu Nu's seasoning....OMFG....

I use the hell out of that seasoning. I actually need to make a trip and stock up.. I ran out last week.

My extended Family here in TX, can't stand the Cayenne heat of Nu Nu's, but i cook my Red Beans with it, and they go ape shite over it....

It's the perfect amount of heat IMO... Tony's and slap are wayyy too salty for my taste.

Agreed Regular Tonys is way too salty, More Spice Tonys is much better....I like a mix of More Spice and Nu Nu's.

Don't wanna derail the thread but I have a quick question for ya JackD. I've been using Slap Ya Momma for a while because I find it less salty than Tony's. Is NuNu's that much less salty than SYM? I never make it to Maurice but I can get it online.

Imo it's quite a bit less salty. I can use nunus seasoning only when seasoning a gravy and it comes out just right. If I'd do that with slap or Tony's, it would be pretty salty. I'd give it a try if I were you.
